As the presence of the Lord increases in our nation resulting in revivals like we are seeing at Asbury University and beyond, we will see a revival unfold without form or formula. It will be a borderless movement. God will use this revival to dismantle our current understanding of what the Church should look like and how it functions.
To those who feel a need to protect the status quo, this revival will be unnerving. It will challenge existing Church structures and religious hierarchies. Hold back any premature judgment or definition of what is taking place. The lexicon of our past will not adequately describe the future that will be revealed when the model and function of the Church are radically and lovingly readjusted by the hand of God.
The religious always reject Jesus for not fulfilling their own agenda.
Lord help us all to embrace you.
