The Lord can do more with one person of faith who is aware of the reality of spiritual warfare than with thousands who live unaware of it. Because we conduct spiritual warfare with the Spirit, not the flesh, our conflicts will reflect how we fight. When Gideon...
Throughout history, the Church has allowed leaders to hold positions of authority they should never have been given, gifted or not. Our lack of discernment and failures have rocked everyone across all streams of faith. The Lord will always raise up a new generation of...
This time of year, when spring arrives, I like to sit in our front yard amidst the blooming trees and the early sprouts of new life coming to our garden. As I sit in the warmth of the sun, I like to read. This morning, I was reading through my daughter’s...
We all have preferences and desires. Some of those preferences and desires create a passion within us to see them happen. We can pursue those preferences and desires but in our still-developing faith, something greater and more spiritually informed is always waiting...
“When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice” (Proverbs 29:2). Sounds of joy are being released in our nation.
We should never judge the servant of another, “Who are you to condemn someone else’s servants? Their own master will judge whether they stand or fall. And with the Lord’s help, they will stand and receive his approval” (Romans 14:4). Our opinions about life and what...
When we read God’s word it’s evident, in an honest reading, that we don’t measure up to the conditions of faith to which we have been called. Some give up their journey of faith realizing they don’t measure up to what the Lord requires of them thinking it's our works...

In this season of Church history, holding onto the essentials of our faith is more important than ever. Some have included their opinions in their faith, defining those opinions as essential truths. The most vocal ones that require the inclusion of their opinions into...
Last night, I had a hard time falling asleep. I was troubled and restless. It caused me to get out of bed to spend time with the Lord. I realized I was being stirred by the increase in demonic activity in our nation. I sensed a great power struggle taking place in the...
I remember seeing a video of a combat veteran loading the magazine of his weapon. After loading the magazine, he raised it up to his helmet and tapped it a couple of times to make sure all the rounds were properly seated. Tapping a magazine removes any gaps and...
