Yesterday, I heard the sound of hissing snakes. When I heard the sound, I was immediately reminded that the hissing was the sound of those who were questioning the nominees being interviewed for approval to high government offices. If we interpret the questioning only as a political issue, we will miss what is happening spiritually.

Something was being exposed in the questioning. These hissing sounds were coming from a place of deception and misdirected political associations.

As the questioning process began, I could see the ones asking the questions were trapped behind the bars of their deception, making their voices sound angry and desperate.

Do not be fearful of the ones making the hissing sounds. They have been captured and exposed. What we are hearing are the sounds of their defeat. We need to pray for all parties involved because that is the heart of God in this transition.
