Just before I went to bed last night, I heard the Lord say, “You have entered a time where the truth will upset the apple carts transporting the rotted fruit of deception. Only in the upsetting can the truth be finally seen.” 

This morning, I read news reports that a leaked document regarding an upcoming Supreme Court opinion on abortion could overturn Roe v. Wade. As I read the initial responses to the leaked document, they predictably followed party lines. The responses of shock and horror that such a ruling could be overturned also revealed how blind we have become as a nation to the cries of aborted children. Abortion is legal in some cases now as a post-birth procedure – a procedure performed while an innocent baby waits for a mother’s kiss but instead, is butchered and disposed of like a bad memory.

We have entered a season where what was assumed to be entrenched forever will be overturned and exposed. This is not just about abortion. It encompasses a wide variety of issues. What is taking place goes deeper than what we see taking place on the surface. Deeper foundational issues are in play. 

The upsetting of these carts of deception will occur in increased measure in the coming days. A chain reaction has begun. The love of God has been placed in the path of these carts of rotted fruit like an unexpected speed bump that will upend the carts spilling their contents on the streets of our culture for all to see and evaluate.
