The Devil has overplayed his hand. His recent attacks on the Church have done the equivalent of what took place when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. Japanese Admiral Yamamoto is attributed to have famously said, “I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.”

Men and women who have sat in pews for years without exhibiting spiritual courage are being ignited in their faith. Passive forms of leadership, theologies of error and deception, and the spirit of the age will not be able to stand against the spirit of truth working through an awakened Church.

Don’t buy into the lie that the Church is dying. We are being resurrected and empowered to step into a new realm of courage and authority that will empower us to overcome the most devious plans of darkness.
