Awareness is very different from suspicion. Suspicion is a leash attached to our thoughts and emotions leading us to places where fear is in control. Awareness is an awakened state of preparedness. It wisely helps us see into the depths of what is happening in the world around us through the lens of the Spirit. Awareness prepares us to wisely react to unfolding events and circumstances that suspicion cannot see or understand. 

Today, we need an aware Church. Events are taking place in our world that requires deeper insight than just what a shallow emotional interpretation can provide. Becoming aware will be dismissed, even mocked by those who remain tethered to the leash of suspicion.

Those who become aware will be placed on the frontline of the next move of God’s Spirit. A dramatic change is coming. We need to be fully awake and aware of what is happening so we can assume our God-assigned position on the frontlines of what the Lord has planned.
