The effectiveness of the prophetic voice of the Church will be
measured not only by our ability to release words of encouragement, but
in the warnings of love we speak about the evil in our midst. While some
believe in the increasing goodness of mankind and have developed a theology and eschatology to support that line of thinking,
that preferred future of goodness will only take place if the evil in
our culture is brought into the light of day to be evaluated by truth, not politics or personal opinion. 

No matter which side of this issue your politics and opinion fall,
