Raw statistics don’t lie, but they also don’t tell the whole truth. Those who interpret statistics can do so with malicious intent attempting to bend the stats toward a preferred narrative. Statistical analysis without the presence of revelation  – a revelation that looks beneath the numbers to discover what is producing the statistics – will always lead to premature conclusions based on faulty science. Following only the statistics and the wide variety of interpretations based on those statistics will never lead us to a place of breakthrough. Only Spirit-inspired revelation can create that outcome.
