The wind of the Spirit is beginning to blow through the Church. When it arrives in full force, it will topple all the things we have erected that have blinded people from seeing the beauty and simplicity of Jesus. This wind, once it completes its work in our lives, will then begin to blow through the nations.

Do not confuse the sequence of these events. The winds of the Lord’s correction must first move through us to purify our hearts and realign us to His mission before it will have its intended impact on the nations.  If we fail to understand the sequence and purpose of this wind, we will busy ourselves with creating lists of enemies and expending our energy engaging in causes that do not reflect the redemptive heart of God.
