While there are many things to pray about in your life, keep an eye on Israel. This is a moment like it was for Gideon. Gideon had 22,000 soldiers, but only 300 chose to not drink the water with their heads buried in the water. The 300 drank while watching for the approach of the enemy. 

What is transforming in Israel is not a drill. Nations are currently assembling from across the world within reach of Israel. These nations are positioned to support a massive strike, not always known by each assembling member.

With each incursion into Israel since its foundation as a nation in 1948, we have passed through these attempts before while relying on God to execute His will to keep the nation free. Some of our theology and eschatology have numbed us causing us to miss the importance of Israel in God’s plan. We have written some of what the Lord said to His first disciples as all-inclusive regarding what happened in 70 AD, but it’s not. There are events that will affect the skies and the return of the Lord that are too distinct to posture such an all-inclusive statement.

Our isolation has been produced by a tiny speck of land surrounded by Islamic nations from Northern Africa up through the Middle East and including Turkey. It has been assumed to be over “there.” A larger conflict is emerging for those who can see what the Lord is doing. All our attempts to guess at what is happening will be brought to nothing as the Lord directs what is happening in Israel to align with His will. Keep an eye on Israel.
