Two events today took place in America that are prophetically significant. One event is the celebration of our nation's 250th anniversary—a Jubilee year. The second thing that happened was when Kelsey Pfendler completely surprised herself by breaking the record for...
Isaiah’s word of encouragement and strong warning from the Lord is for us today. He prophesied to King Ahaz of Judah that the imminent invasion of the Northern Kingdom and Syria into Judah would not succeed. Ahaz needed to guard his heart from discouragement and...
Restoration begins with a revelation of God's holiness. Like Isaiah, we need to see more than our sinfulness and the sin of our nation. We need to see God’s brilliant presence, greatness, and authority. The fallen nation of Israel and her rebellion is so devastating...
I was driving my truck through town last week and noticed a vehicle in front of me being towed away. At the stoplight, I took a photo of the car. What caught my attention was the bumper sticker attached to the vehicle – "Please be Patient. Student driver." A student...
A new sign was recently placed at the entrance to the trails I hike each week. It is a sign that clearly specifies what is prohibited on the trails: horses and mules. It was the distinct prohibition of mules that caught my attention. Apparently, someone thought it was...

A significant threat to any government, and for leaders within the Church, is secrecy and the failure of a leader to disclose the whole truth about their ministry when it comes to personal enrichment. In our government, people are asking, "When will the full and...
There is a great enslavement taking place in our world. This kind of slavery is not because of our ethnicity, race, or where we were born. It's a slavery to the fear of dying. This fear enslaves all people. Only by faith in Jesus Christ can the chains of that...
We have many leaders, both in our nation and within the Church. Not all leaders act with godly intent. Some have been exposed as evil people. But while that evil is being revealed and takes the headlines, there are godly leaders we should affirm and recognize, or we...
