Last night, I had a disturbing dream. In the dream, I was speaking to a married couple and mentioned the beauty of the Old Testament. The women welled up in tearful anger and shouted, “It’s judgment!” I was shocked at the woman’s response and then the dream ended....
In the Church, there are expressions of both left and right in the current political and social structures. If our efforts are focused only on those agendas, we will become distracted and miss something even greater. We will miss the ability to identify the unseen...
This week, I had two experiences that reminded me of the beauty and power of innocence. The first experience happened while I was shopping and came across a display of children’s books. There on the shelf was a book my mother used to read to me, Poky Little Puppy....
With every Spirit-led shift in your thinking will come an alignment to a new direction. Hidden along the pathway of that new direction are the sudden works of God that would remain undiscovered had you not allowed God to shift the way you think and ultimately change...
Notoriety can change your life in ways you would never expect. Not all change that comes with increased visibility is pleasant. The greater the public footprint your life has the greater will be the attacks on you, your family, and your ministry. T.D. Jakes shared a...
The dream I had last night was an announcement followed by a word of encouragement. In the dream, I was standing in front of our bathroom mirror getting reading to go somewhere. I turned my head to the side and saw inside my ear the tip of a pencil sticking out. The...

Gates of restriction are opening before you. What has been a hindering presence will no longer be able to restrict your access to what God has promised. Those who stood in opposition to you, and worked as gatekeepers restricting your entry into the place of your...
There are days when my soul is soothed by an hour or two of long instrumental electric guitar solos played by a master guitarist. (Eric Clapton, Carlos Santana, Steve Vai, Mark Knopfler, Joe Satriani, Gary Moore, Stevie Ray Vaughn and my friend, Caleb Quaye, to...
The phrase, “thoughts and prayers” is getting some negative press of late. I get the intent of that challenge if, when offering our thoughts and prayers, we don't think or pray. Thoughts and prayers can be seen by some as a convenient kiss-off to actually offering...
Many years ago, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said he heard the voice of Jesus tell him to stand up for the cause of civil rights. This week a television personality ascribed mental illness to anyone who thinks Jesus talks to His followers. Everyone has an opinion....
God is releasing a high-definition version of prophetic insight. Just like high-definition photography and television provide cleaner lines of the image being portrayed so it will be with you. Vaguely defined and blurry prophetic imagery will give way to profound...
